If you feel that gaming is having a negative effect on your daily life, family, or finances, please contact us right away. Our 24/7 Bangla live chat support team is always here for you.

Important Warning: There is a risk of addiction with gambling. If you notice signs of addiction in yourself or someone you know, please seek help immediately.

Protective Tools

The Control Tools in Your Hands

tq77 gives you full control over your gaming. Use the tools below to enjoy entertainment responsibly at all times.

Set Deposit Limits

Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set it takes effect immediately and helps keep you within your budget. Requests to increase a limit take effect after a set waiting period.

Time-Out Feature

If you want to take a break for a while, use the time-out feature. Your account can be temporarily suspended for any period from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. Logging in will not be possible during the time-out.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a long-term break from gaming, choose the self-exclusion process. During this period your account will be completely inactive and no promotional communications will be sent. Contact our live chat for assistance.

Session Time Limit

Set a maximum time limit for each gaming session. Once the set time is up, you will be logged out automatically. This feature helps you take a break on time rather than playing for hours on end.

Set Loss Limits

Set a maximum daily or weekly loss amount. Once the set limit is reached, your session will automatically end. This protects you from a sudden large loss and keeps your budget under control.

Reality Check

At set intervals, a pop-up notification will remind you how long you have been playing and show your total wins and losses. This helps you stay aware.

Check Yourself

Signs of Problematic Gaming

Ask yourself the questions below. If the answer to more than one is yes, it is time to seek help.

Are you spending more than your set budget and placing more bets to recover losses?

Are you prioritising gaming over your family, work, or studies?

Do you feel restless, anxious, or irritable when you are not playing?

Have you lied to your family or friends about your gaming habits?

Have you ever placed bets using borrowed money or funds set aside for essential expenses?

Have you tried to stop gaming but been unable to — has that situation arisen?

Safe Gaming Rules

The Golden Rules of Responsible Gaming

Following these simple rules will keep gaming enjoyable and safe at all times.

1

Set Your Budget First

Decide how much money you will spend before you start playing. Never exceed that limit. Do not place more bets trying to recover money you have lost.

2

Stick to a Time Limit

Decide in advance how long you will play each day. Use an alarm or session timer. Do not play for long stretches without a break.

3

Treat It as Entertainment

Never think of online gaming as a way to earn money. It is a form of entertainment. Winning is not guaranteed — play for fun.

4

Know Your State of Mind Before Playing

Never place bets when you are under stress, feeling sad, or under the influence of substances. Playing in a low mood weakens your decision-making ability.

5

Seek Help When You Need It

If you have any doubts, contact our 24/7 live chat right away. Asking for help is an act of courage.
